Case Study: Marketing & PR Strategy Refresh
To support KBS’ continued leadership in the recovering commercial real estate (CRE) landscape, we developed refreshed PR and marketing strategies to elevate brand authority, strengthen relevance with investors and stakeholders, and shift regionalized communications to a cohesive, portfolio-level narrative backed by thought leadership and executive visibility.
The strategy was informed by market research, KBS’ financial expertise, corporate positioning priorities, and key industry trends. In close collaboration with the KBS team, we reinforced credibility and aligned messaging around long-term value creation across different asset levels.
