Marketing & PR Strategy Refresh
To support KBS’ continued leadership in the recovering commercial real estate landscape, we developed refreshed PR and marketing strategies designed to elevate corporate brand authority, strengthen relevance with investors, tenants, and industry stakeholders, and shift communications from building-specific announcements to a cohesive, portfolio-level narrative driven by thought leadership and executive visibility.
The strategy was informed by U.S. office market research, KBS’ financial and refinancing expertise, corporate positioning priorities, and key industry trends. In close collaboration with the KBS team, the goal was to reinforce credibility and align messaging around long-term value creation across office and multifamily assets.
To increase impact, the strategy prioritized three core audiences: institutional investors and financial media; commercial real estate decision-makers; and tenants, partners, and business stakeholders. Focus shifted from property transactions to narrative-driven storytelling that highlights KBS’ portfolio performance, market insights, and leadership perspective.
Overall, refreshed campaign emphasized elevated executive thought leadership and strategic corporate communications that position KBS as a trusted, steady, and forward-looking leader navigating the post-pandemic commercial real estate cycle.
